Terms

To hold an animal a non-refundable $300 deposit per animal is required. Balance is to be paid in full before shipment. All animals are shipped Delta or Northwest Air Cargo. Freight is around 100. with a wood crate included. If you would like to purchase an animal, please email or call me with the specifics. I accept checks, money orders, and paypal. All checks must clear prior to shipping. There are no cash refunds. Losses will be replaced by an animal of equal or greater value as soon as possible. You must be at least 18 years of age and live in a state where Heloderma horridum is legal to own. Know your state laws. There are no exceptions.

Exports: Exports require a deposit of half the purchase price up front, and the balance due within two weeks(14 days) of USFWS Cites permit being approved. Deposits are non refundable. The buyer incurs all costs (permits, inspections, shipping etc...). USFWS Cites permit approval usually takes two to three months after the deposit is recieved by me. There are no exceptions. There are no cash refunds. Losses will be replaced by an animal of equal or greater value as soon as possible

Conditional Live Arrival Guarantee

All animals are feeding and healthy and have eaten several times before shipping. I guarantee live arrival. You must examine your animal carefully before leaving the airport. If there are any problems, you must inform Delta or Northwest Air Cargo and contact me immediately so the problem can be resolved. Once you leave the airport you assume all responsibility. Remember to check the animal at Delta Air Cargo – bring your cordless drill.
